Are your products ready to ship?
All TR4DE products are made to order. Each item is individually produced after an order is placed to ensure quality, originality, and precise craftsmanship.

 

How long does it take to produce my order?
Because every item is made to order, production typically takes 5–7 business days before your order is ready to ship. During high-volume drops or peak demand, production times may be slightly longer.

 

How long does shipping take?
Once production is complete, your order is shipped via the carrier selected at checkout. Shipping times vary based on location and service level. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are sent into production shortly after they are placed. For this reason, we do not offer cancellations, modifications, or address changes once an order has been submitted.

 

Do you accept returns, refunds, or exchanges?
No. All TR4DE products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

 

What condition will my order arrive in?
Every TR4DE product goes through a multi-step quality inspection before leaving our facility. Orders are shipped only after passing this process to ensure that all items are new, unused, and in perfect condition.

 

What if my package is delayed?
Production and shipping are separate stages. Production time applies before shipping begins. Shipping times may vary due to carrier volume, location, or external factors outside of our control.

 

How is the sizing and fit?
TR4DE products vary in sizing and cut depending on the style and garment.  We strongly recommend reviewing the sizing guide listed on the product page before placing your order.  Measurements are provided as a reference to help the best fit.
